Blue light — The surface layer
At this level, the light targets the appearance of congestion and breakout-prone skin directly. This wavelength can help you manage adult acne or visible surface irregularities. It is the most targeted but not always the most noticeable of treatments.
Green/Red light — The dermal layer
At this level, light penetrates to where the skin’s structural support network sits.
